PARAGRAPH I PAYMENT IN CONSIDERATION OF such service by MESS BUSTERS, INC., client AGREES to pay MESS BUSTERS, INC., compensation in the amount of $ per service, for cleaning a bedroom for hours + additional hour(s) for the initial service. (Please see Price List for min. hours per home/apt. size).

Initial service requires $ in advance for two cleanings or the one time user’s fee will be charged. The second service must be performed within 14 days of the initial cleaning.
One Time Service: $20/hr. & Weekend Rate: Saturday $25/hr. - Sunday $35/hr. - Minimum 4 hours
In consideration of such service by Mess Busters, Inc., client agrees to pay Mess Busters, Inc., compensation at the rate of per hour for cleaning a bedroom . Initial service requires $ in advance for hours.
Payment may be made by Personal Check, Credit Card or Cash for services rendered. Checks and Credit Cards shall only be accepted, in person, at MESS BUSTERS’ office for the initial service. Appropriate identification is required. Checks are to be made payable to Mess Busters, Inc. and must be made 3 days prior to the scheduled service(s). After the client has established an account with MESS BUSTERS, checks may be mailed to the Office at 3050 Biscayne Blvd, Suite #1004, Miami, FL 33137.
Returned checks will result in an additional charge of $25.00. Credit Card numbers must be taken over the phone for verification. Credit Card charges may not be charged back to MESS BUSTERS, INC. Subsequent charges are subject to change at the discretion of MESS BUSTERS, INC.
Refunds can not be given. MESS BUSTERS, INC., will make every effort to satisfy our clients.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF OUR CLEANING PERSONNEL CANNOT GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR HOME. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT WE GAIN ENTRY AND SAFE ACCESS TO YOUR RESIDENCE TO PROVIDE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES THE PROPER RESTRAINT OF PETS.
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Mess Busters merely requires a 48-hour written notice. If Mess Busters receives less than a 48-hour written notice, or can not gain access to your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning.
PARAGRAPH II ACCESS TO HOME
Clients have the following options for allowing our cleaning personnel access to their home. Other options are not acceptable. ·The client will be at home when the housekeeper arrives ·Leave the key with a neighbor and notify MESS BUSTERS of the arrangements ·Leave the key with a doorman in the building ·Leave a spare key on file at the MESS BUSTERS’ office key safe
PARAGRAPH III COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE
By signing this document, I agree to the listed policies and agree to refrain from employing any MESS BUSTERS’ housekeepers DIRECTLY during the contract period and for 2 YEARS following the termination of this agreement. I agree that if I privately employ any MESS BUSTERS, INC. independent contractor I shall be liable to MESS BUSTERS, INC. in the amount of ONE YEARS SALARY for that independent contractor. This stipulation has strong grounds based upon Florida Case law and CAN and WILL be enforced. It is further understood that MESS BUSTERS’ workers are independent contractors and have no authority to alter any terms of this contract or to contact clients on behalf of MESS BUSTERS, INC.
PARAGRAPH IV ATTORNEY’S FEES and COSTS
In the event a dispute arises between the parties under this Agreement and suit is instituted, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover his costs and attorney’s fees from the non-prevailing party. As used herein, costs and attorney’s fees include any costs and attorney’s fees in any appellate proceeding.
PARAGRAPH V CLAIMS Our cleaning professionals, the client and Mess Busters, Inc. are covered by MESS BUSTERS, INC. insurance policy only when they are in your home. Claims must be filed with MESS BUSTERS, INC. within five (5) days of the service rendered. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED IN WRITING WITH MESS BUSTERS.
Mess Busters, Inc. carries property damage and bodily injury insurance.
MESS BUSTERS, INC. IS FULLY BONDED.
PARAGRAPH VI EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES The client shall furnish all necessary cleaning supplies in order to do a complete and thorough job. THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT
