This Membership Card entitles you to a 10% Discount
on monthly service from $120 to $179 ($13.50 per hour); 15% Discount on
monthly service from $180 to $359 ($12.75 per hour); 20% Discount on
monthly service from $360 to $539 ($12.00 per hour); 10% Discount on
monthly service over $539 ($13.50 per hour). This card has to be used on
the first day of the month and it’s good for one year after the purchase
of the card. Mess Busters, Inc. reserves the right to vary or change these
offers without prior notice. This card is valid for one year from the date
above. It is not transferable. This card purchase price is non refundable.

charge for a lost card.
