Please make sure to complete all of the information requested correctly, so that we can schedule your service appointment (s).
When completing the contract, please make sure to print out, sign and date the agreement.
In addition, submit any additional instructions on the cleaning checklist, and your payment for the first cleaning. The contract and payment may be dropped off at our main office, sent through the mail or may be submitted via our website.
Remember to include keys or instructions so we may gain entrance into your home or office for your cleaning.

We are pleased that you are happy with the services that Mess Busters has provided. In continuing to give you superior service, as we always will, we at Mess Busters, Inc. would like to ask for your cooperation.
By clicking on Contract "B", you will find an extended service contract. This will enable us to fulfill all contractual services, such as, cleaning specifications, employee scheduling, and insurance claims. Please be sure to designate the time table of cleaning services to be performed.
Although your service will continue, without a good signed extended service contract Mess Busters, Inc. reserves the right to send different cleaning personnel to your service appointment (s).
Without a signed extended service contract you release us from all claims of any kind. Please be sure to complete
Contract "B" after your first 2 appointments in order to receive insurance coverage and if you want to keep the same housekeeper (s). Your time with this issue has been greatly appreciated. service from $120 to $179 ($13.50 per hour); 15% Discount on monthly service from $180 to $359 ($12.75 per hour);
20% Discount on monthly service from $360 to $539 ($12.00 per hour); 10% Discount on monthly
service over $539 ($13.50 per hour).
